Berger Bullets is committed to enhancing the rifle shooting experience. To this end, we have established application-based bullet lines. You will find that all of our bullets will be labeled with the description Target, Varmint or Hunting. The differences between our lines are explained in the Lines and Designs Info section of this website.

Each line is designed to help rifle shooters reach their application specific goals. It is very important to our success that we listen to rifle shooters to better understand what they want from their bullets. Ballistician Bryan Litz is hard at work evaluating this feedback, testing current designs and working to make improvements. Bryan is also working to add new sizes and designs that go even further toward improving the rifle shooting experience.
It is important to keep in mind that all of our bullets are and will remain Match Grade. This means that the bullets in each line will be made with the same highest quality materials, using the same deliberate manufacturing process meant to produce the most consistent bullets possible. Those of you who have bullets labeled Varmint or Hunting can be confident that these bullets are capable of winning any match. The fact that they are labeled Varmint or Hunting is based entirely on the intended application of this bullet and has nothing to do with a difference in quality.
